Great gym! My husband and I have been coming to Body Shop for over a year now. They get new equipment frequently, are consistently cleaning the gym, and front desk staff are super helpful. It's a fun atmosphere and their trainers are the best! Highly recommend

What a great gym! I was intimidated to join a gym with people who seem to be way farther along in their fitness journey than me but I have been pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is great, and I never feel judged which is rare for me. Love my personal trainer Caleb Blankenship, the owner. Would highly recommend this gym if you’re looking for a great atmosphere and people who are rooting for you.

I joined Body Shop in 2021 before becoming a trainer here. Caleb is one of the most caring gym owners (and people in general) that you’ll ever meet. Body Shop has such a positive culture and community, the equipment is hand selected and always improving. It’s truly rare to find such a positive, friendly and inviting gym and Body Shop checks all the boxes!

I really love this gym! A very non judgmental free gym, the staff is always kind and willing to help any questions you might have. They will make sure to help you get back on track whether it’s with nutrition or your personal weight goals! The owners are very sweet, kind and accommodating people as well! Not to mention the personal training lessons and boot camps are always encouraging! I have learned how to be more confident and so much about how and why my body works the way it does. I wouldn’t want any other gym experience! :)
